Mr. Knapik serves as the Head of Corporate Strategy for Post Investment Group, responsible for spearheading growth and operational initiatives across the company’s portfolio of businesses. In this capacity, Mr. Knapik has lent managerial oversight to a number of Post Investment Group companies and departments. Prior to joining Post Investment Group, Mr. Knapik worked in Strategy and Operations for a private equity–backed consolidator of pet care businesses and as a Management Consultant with L.E.K. Consulting, serving clients on strategy and M&A projects, primarily in the consumer sector. Earlier in his career, Mr. Knapik worked in deal analysis and corporate development in the film industry. Mr. Knapik holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management and a BBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
