As Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel of Post Investment Group and PREG, Mr. Ferkel oversees all legal matters for the companies’ businesses, including all transactional, regulatory, and litigation matters, and leads the Post Investment Group and PREG legal department. Prior to joining Post, Mr. Ferkel was Senior Real Estate Counsel for Roll Global (now the Wonderful Company). Mr. Ferkel also previously worked as an attorney for the Natural Resources Defense Council, focusing on environmental matters involving clean water, and he began his career at Irell & Manella LLP. Mr. Ferkel has experience practicing in a multitude of disciplines, including securities litigation, IP/entertainment litigation, and entertainment, real estate, and general corporate transactions. Mr. Ferkel received his Bachelor of Arts degree summa cum laude from Duke University, and his J.D. from Harvard Law School.
