Ms. Stover leads human resources and technology functions across a diverse portfolio of companies spanning manufacturing, real estate, and consumer products. With more than 25 years of leadership experience, she brings deep expertise in performance management, employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development, aligning people strategies with business growth. Prior to joining Post Investment Group, Ms. Stover held senior human resources and talent leadership roles at Edmunds.com, Ross Stores, Inc., The Walt Disney Company, and Robert Half Legal. Earlier in her career, she practiced as a litigation attorney in both prosecution and defense and is a licensed member of the State Bar of California and Michigan, having appeared before the Michigan State Supreme Court. She holds both her undergraduate and Juris Doctor degrees from Michigan State University and is actively engaged in her community, serving on the board of Children Mending Hearts, supporting organizations such as the Ahmanson Theatre, Los Angeles Youth Orchestra, and Breast Cancer Research, and regularly donating blood and platelets through the American Red Cross.
