Mr. Platt serves as the President of the Post Franchise Platform and Chief Operating Officer of Post Investment Group where he has oversight of the various Post operating companies. Mr. Platt has 15+ years of experience building, scaling, and leading companies. Prior to his time at Post Investment Group, he was the CEO of Sky Zone where he oversaw the growth of the brand to over 225 locations in 12 countries and ultimately sold the company to a leading Private Equity firm. Mr. Platt received his Bachelor’s degree from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis.
